How It Works
— diagnose, install, release.
Most firms sell you hours. We install capacity in a defined sequence, and at the end, we hand you the keys.
Most firms start with a package. We start with a diagnosis.
Every installation follows the same six-phase arc, and it starts before you've committed to anything. The diagnostic conversation costs nothing and produces a real answer. The roadmap that follows is yours to keep whether or not we proceed. The installation begins only when both sides can see the dimension, the team design, and the first 90 days clearly.
The arc exists because the order matters. The same rule that governs the published methodology governs every engagement: fix the lowest-scoring upstream cell first. Diagnosis before design. Design before build. Build before deployment. Adoption before departure.
The Governing Principle
The Installation Fits the Business, Not the Reverse
The dimension a founder comes in asking about is often not the dimension that's actually constrained. A founder who says "I need marketing help" sometimes has an operations problem strangling delivery. A founder who says "we need AI" sometimes has a revenue system so undefined there's nothing coherent to accelerate.
That's why every engagement begins with the diagnostic, scored against the same published frameworks that underlie the six-book AI series: three dimensions, each with a complete nine-part system, each cell scored. The scores identify the constrained dimension, the sequence of fixes, and the shape of the team your business actually needs. Then, and only then, we design the installation.
The Six Phases
Diagnostic
A sixty-minute working session. You bring the challenge that's been on your desk. We score the relevant dimensions cell by cell and identify where the constraint actually lives. Most founders discover the real issue is upstream of the one they arrived with. You leave with the diagnosis whether or not we go further.
Design
The written roadmap: a 24-month picture of your business, the walls ahead, the sequence of fixes, and the installation design. Which executive. Which agents, mapped to which functions. What the first 90 days produce. What you'll own at release. Yours to keep either way.
Build
The agent team gets built for your business. Each agent is trained on the published methodology for its function plus your company's own knowledge: your offers, your processes, your customers, your voice. Integrations connect the team to the tools you already run. Your executive directs the build; your team meets the agents as they come online.
Deploy
The team goes live inside the weekly operating rhythm your executive installs. Problems surface in meetings instead of scattered texts. The agents take on their functions one by one. Your executive is in the business heavily during this phase, tuning, coaching, and catching edge cases.
Optimize
The system runs; now it compounds. Baselines get compared against results. Underperforming cells get rebuilt. Your team shifts from watching the agents to directing them. Your executive's cadence steps down as your organization's capability steps up.
Release
The engagement's defining moment. Credentials transfer. Documentation completes. Hosting moves fully under your control. Your team owns the direction of the agents. The executive departs. The optional maintenance and advisory contract is offered, recommended, and never required. What was installed is now simply how your business runs.
The Weekly Rhythm
Half a Day a Week. The Highest-Leverage Hours in Your Month.
Weekly operating meeting with you and your team (60 minutes)
1-on-1 with you on strategy, priorities, and delegation (30-45 minutes)
Direction session with the agent team's Lead Agent: priorities translated into execution (ongoing)
Build and tuning time: the next system, the next integration, the next capability (2-3 hours)
Between sessions, your executive is a text away for the moments that can't wait
Why This Works
Why Installation Beats Consulting
Consultants build invoices. Installations build companies.
A consultant studies your business, hands you recommendations, and leaves. You're left with a deck and a dependency on whoever comes next.
An installation works differently. The executive sits inside the decision process with you. The agents do real work from the first weeks. Your team watches capability being built rather than hearing it described. And when the engagement ends, nothing walks out the door except the person, because the capacity was never in the person. It was installed in the business, and the business is yours.
While a consulting engagement delivers its final presentation, an installation has already handed you a running system. That's the difference between advice and capacity.
